  • Hey hypno - sorry to hear that you are poorly, hope you feel better soon. I seemed to have been knocked down with loads of colds at the moment, just so many things going round!

Hope you have a good day at work - hopefully they'll see how ill you are and send you home early.

I've been naughty myself and spent £20 on avon stuff. HOnestly, how i'm suppose to be saving up and then go and spend £20 on hair stuff and make up! Its a want - not a need. Anyway whats done is done and I'll just have to cut back for the rest of the month.

This doesn't mean I am giving up, just hoping to take some of the pressure off that I put upon myself.

See, I am listening to you lot about burnout etc!

    Good girl!:j :j :j :j :j

P.S. Hope you'll feel fighting-fit again soon. Would send you a hug but I don't want to catch anything nasty:o

    Thanks guys.

I attribute part of my "backing off" to IA's thread yesterday when the car went wrong and it looked like the plan to be debt free at the end of this month was falling flat on its face.

Everyone was reminding her what she has done, and that this has to be sustainable and account for real life going on at the same time.

I know you lot have said it over and over, and I say the same on other threads, but I think it was yesterday that it really hit me.....sort of second light bulb moment - I have now got an energy saving one instead of the full strength burn out one!!

So what if it takes me a couple of extra months to get debt free - or even a couple of extra years. As long as I do get there, that is all that matters!

I SO SO SO want to be debt free it hurts sometimes, but it will hurt more if I am flat on my face without the energy to get up again!!

Right, back to work.........I'm bored  (with work, not with MSE, obviously)

Sorry to hear the cold has taken a grip :(. I hope it b*ggers off very soon.

I think your new signature is fab by the way - it really focusses the attention on your BIG achievements.

Well done. I am glad you have had this second 'illumination'. Much needed methinks to stop you going a bit wonky later on down the line! IYKWIM.

Just home from the kids' karate, and will shortly be going to bed. I will go and have a rummage in the cupboard to see what cold-busters I have got - I def have some olbas oil, so that is a good start.

I have a few clients tomorrow, followed by my acupuncture session, so will be flaked out on my sofa tomorrow evening when hopefully I can get chance to catch up with all the threads I am currently missing!

Hope you are all ok xx
