    Hello!

A quick check on online banking this morning showed quidco money in and a scrap of bonus bagging cash received too, so was able to increase the ski fund total into 4 figures, and pay that extra £10 off the debt to make it a whole £10000 that I have paid off this year :j

So, feeling pretty pleased with myself so far! The ski fund total will prob "stick" where it is more or less for a couple of weeks now - we don't get paid from our extra jobs that we have taken on until later in the month, Royal Mail has halted the supply of ink cartridges while they are on strike, and I only have one thing on ebay at the min.

    So, plan for the weekend:
    • take the kids skiing this morning
    • do a matched bet when I get home at 11
    • go and start new bar shift 1pm
    • ebay something this evening when I get home from work
    • try and persuade OH to take the children to ski race tomorrow so that I can blitz the house, find some more stuff for ebay and the 2nd hand sale we are having at the ski club, and get my essay done that I have not yet started.
Doesn't look a lot when I write it in a list, but I am sure it will fill my weekend!!

Have a good one everyone x

    Wow!!!! £10,000!!! :A :A :A Congratulations!!!

Um, just a word tho, hypno - you think that list for this weekend doesn't look like a lot? What planet are you on? Mind you, its catching. This morning, I'm going to a neighbouring town to do a mystery shop, then come back to mine to do another mystery shop, and by 2.30 I have to be at a seminar for work - its a repeat of one I've already been to, so I'm not very interested, but the ticket was free, and its 2 hours towards the 30 hours a year I have to have to keep up my accreditation, so I'm happy. I may do some other notes while the seminar is on, actually (bad Karmacat 36_33_21.gif). Then I do some shopping for my addicition (pesto) then come home and input the reports. And I'll have to come back on here, won't I?

    Morning El and KC :hello:

El, I hope you get a good few hours sleep today. I haven't forgotten to send you those notes (well, I did forget earlier in the week, but I haven't forgotten totally!). Will send them from work on Monday, and with the current postal strike you may get them around February!!

KC, you sound like you have a busy day! I have missed out on loads of mystery shopping recently  - I must check the sites more frequently to try and bag one or two.

I am very pleased with my totals, particularly for the debt coming down - If it was not for this site, and the motivation and ideas that come from it, then I would have only paid off a fraction of that, so thank you guys!!

    Morning benben!!

I have just been onto quidco etc and am a bit

£20 has been declined for no reason by jackpotjoy, so will have to get an enquiry in.

On topcashback, my £20 for vanquis was declined - fair enough, I did not get the card (can't even get a bloody vanquis card), but OH did get a card, and his £20 has been declined on his topcashback account too!! So another enquiry I need to make!

Typical, no enquiries for 10 months, then two come along at once!

Right, best get dressed - the "sloppy joggers and dressing gown" look is not great for the ski club :o

Woohoo! To both the £1000 and the £10,000! And am I right in remembering that your initial target for payng off was £10,000 this year before you raised it to £15,000? If so, you would have reached your target if you didn't like making things hard for yourself!!

And I bet you have the most smilie, animated thread on MSE!!!

Just one things though, please, please, please make sure you are getting enough rest as well as work - don't want hypno-burnout!
