Fabby weather again, i'm officiating at a sports thing tomorrow, will melt if this continues, i'm an Artic girl at heart:D, don't get me wrong the sun is great for moneysaving:money:!

Got about £38 till payday:eek:, still it's a positive balance. DH needs petrol and we need some shopping but it will have to be bargain basement stuff or very little.

Flipping smear appt reminder came in the post today - see Penny i never have your luck:rotfl:

  • About the smear reminder, but better safe than sorry.

Oh Polly i'm so not an Artic girl, love the sun i know its bad for you,but i just love it and i'm convinced i was born in the wrong country as i really feel the cold, keep telling hubby i'm destined to live in a hot country and it's my bodies way of reminding me:rotfl:.

Have a good weekend and hope you don't melt tomorrow, remember suncream and lots of water.

Right, interesting thing of the day was i phoned the AiB to ask about a discharge certificate and they only cost £11:j, so will order one, then i can photocopy it and send a copy to all the creditors who have got the wrong dates on my credit files, which is all of them:mad:

Have posted an ebay parcel, profit was £3.27 but spend £2.90 on lollies and ice creams:cool:, still will add the profit to the sig:o
Also got the postal order to send to the AiB.

Also handed in the holiday club forms, not keen but no options that i can see.

  • Pain about the wrong dates on credit file, lol to ice creams wiping out ebay money.

I'm sure the kids will be fine at the holiday club, its hard when you have to make a decision about the children when your not 100% happy.

Thanks Penny, i just think i am worrying about everything just now, need to get some fun back in our lives.
School feels really stressy too, and that's from just a parent's view, so so so many things in the run up to the end of the term and they all cost money, ggrrr.
Order forms for milk and lunches and school uniform and fetes and summer productions and competitions and i'll need to remember teachers pressies too!!

Payment to Trustee away today, so only 23 of them to go.

All cash in jars now for June, now need to set one up for holiday club and think about activities for the non-club days.
There are a lot of council ones but they are not at the right times for working parents.

Need to spend this weekend going through paperwork and decluttering / ebaying.
Also need to take my car to kwik fit or some such as there is a major rattle from underneath, more money no doubt:eek:.

  • 696 days to go till freedom.

After torrential rain last night, today looks very promising out there, so bed stripped and sheets etc in the washing machine. Will do the childrens beds too if the weather holds.

I have sooo much junk to ebay it's daunting, will try and do a couple of bits a day but there is so much i end up forgetting to be seasonal about it!.
DD changes schools after the summer so i can sell all her pinafores and dresses but the cost of the new uniform is scandalous but as it's all logoed there aren't cheap alternatives. So will buy her huge sizes and it should last a couple of years and then i can sell in the second hand shop:eek:.

In laws are paying for a week at a caravan park for them and us (i'm ducking out - can't afford to take the leave and not keen on them:o) but the kids will enjoy it - hopefully:D

Summer fete at school next weekend, flipping expected to buy or sell £10 worth of tickets and £25 worth of raffle tickets and fancy dress for the children, specifically kings and queens (identifiable ones). So for 2 hours wear we're expected to spend either on costumes or on fabric etc to make them. Have had a look around the charilty shops, which have been great for red, white and blue but not royal outfits!! So think i will make a donation and make our excuses as we cannot afford this:( and i don't want to take the kids and have them sad because they aren't dressed up. Why should they suffer because of our situation...

I feel like i'm being mean but all this is cooked up by the mummies who don't work and have time to organise and frankly very well off husbands...

    Right rant over:rotfl:

  • Ohhh forgot to say Kwik fit were very helpful (after and hour's wait) just a loose bit on the heat shield under the car, so not an exhaust etc after all:j:j:j
Hopefully garage won't charge too much for it to be done before the mot.

Have also got four things onto ebay:beer:

  • Well no change on the weight front. Have stopped buying biscuits but this has just resulted in eating more cheese, toast, crackers, oatcakes etc, so still 15st 8lbs and feeling very fat and uncomfortable.
Did the BBC global fat scale test and i'm equivalent to someone from Tonga - may have to move!!

Money, umm, sent off for a couple of statutory credit reports and they make interesting reading:o, BR entry is correct and will fall off six years after the BR date (actually may be the discharge date but i think it's the BR date) someone please correct me if this is wrong.

All my creditors are now showing defaults, only MBNA (of all companies) is showing the debt to be satisfied. All the dates are after the BR, so according to the advice here i need to get them changed to the BR date. I think this means that they would all fall off the record at the same date as the BR does, the 6 year thing. And then i'd have a brand new shiny clean credit report!

Will post this and then i'm going to list the companies, dates and that should keep me focused on the clean up.
