Just a wee picture of the results of Saturday morning's labours

    26052012905.jpg?t=1338290704

I was quite pleased with my effort, although am ashamed to say I paid full price for the M&M's (got an APG though).

I love, its absolutely stunning... well done

i went to t's to use some welchs and loreal moc sso that i could get the 5 pound off. Took my coupons but now they've said they don't take pricecheck coupons.

i am waiting for CS to phone me.

what' s wrong with tesco these day's. Fancy thinking i should pay for my shopping:rotfl::rotfl:

Also have found a little place to buy so have been dashing around talking to bank etc. fingers crossed

Its funny that you mention this, Ive come back from T's where I used a JTD coupon, but I was told at the till that I have to take it to CS from now on because there's been a lot of fraud surrounding the JTD coupon so no one is supposed to take it through the till anymore....

    Anyway....

I got my BBQ, nice it is too.... well it will be when Ive put it together!!!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: It'll go nicely with the free bbq meat I had last week... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I asked the double exchange people in the shop, if I had a £43 and a £7 Tesco coupon could it be exchanged for £100, he said yes, as long as the end result comes to multiples of 5 its ok..

Hope everyone's ok today... nice and sunny here this PM... :D:D

Thanks for all the messages about the hospital it was a wart with a long name beginning with C, it was frozen off & I said yes I've had that done on skin tags before shame the NHS won't remove them anymore she said they will if they are frozen I said I've got a few that irratate shall I get my doc to refer me.

She said take your top off I'll do them now so it was like bogof 1 wart 8 skin tags free :D but it was really really stinging in loads of places now its like very bad sunburn the original one is on the inside of my upper arm & rubs on my chest when I move it so good excuse not to do anything for the rest of the day.

Just been into my local and all the thorntons that were there yesterday In the long pink box have vanished !!!! Loads there yesterday so may be worth a look out for. If anyone is in a store with them in and a scanner can you please check them - I know where there are more in another store but no scanners, so would appreciate any help TIA xxx

Hi, I scanned these this morning and they are still £6. They disappeared the other day in my local, then re-appeared at weekend. In my other store, I spotted a box full in the big cage they use to restock the chockie aisle (I couldn't actually get to them as the cage was closed all round), but there was a white note attached saying 'DO NOT PUT OUT' I would have asked someone why, but there was no-one around to ask. Definitely one to keep an eye on.

Its not very big (no clothes) and I rarely find any glitches. But its good later in the day for the reduced bread.

You would have to go along the stray almost to Marske at the moment to see the sun rise, or go up to the Gare. The work on the new sea defences are blocking the view and access is fenced off for most of the beach :(

Oh thank you - I had forgotten about all the work being done on the seafront, they have been working on it for ages I thought it would have been finished by now

I guess your other purchases may have made the point redundant, but these bottles are £1.40 in Asda, so the Tesco price check comparison comes into play.

    Edindevon

Ed , with the small amount I purchased I doubt if I'd have printed off the voucher ...but if they increase in price at T's and stay the same in A's I might print in the future .

    Thanks for the info .

    No, not a member lol.

I guess I just wish this thread would focus on the more positive aspects, ie helping people to save money, lending a sympathetic ear in times of need... the sort of thing that's mentioned on the very first post, and less on the negative (lurkers, Facebook, and of course, everybody's favourite punching bag, the 'Wenban clan').

I disagree , I've posted on here for quite a while and to be honest that name rarely crops up . I've no idea who the clan are in all honesty .

This is a positive post .
