I don't think I will be getting my Tesco's points:

"Thank you for forwarding those on.

We download the file for Tesco on a monthly basis via an affiliate program and I have spoken with my colleague and we have checked the file again for any pending orders for your Member ID and I am afraid your orders are not included in the file.
The reason for this could be a delay on Tesco's side in validating some outstanding orders.

I am afraid we cannot credit the PiggyPoints for orders which are not validated by the partner, however, if you do not receive your PiggyPoints by the first week of May, please do not hesitate to contact me and I can look into this further for you!

Please keep any confirmation e-mails of transactions made via Pigsback.com until you receive your PiggyPoints.

Again, apologies for this delay and for any inconvenience caused."

I would guess it was a cookie issue - will be careful to use a different browser from now on as the amount involved was at least 1500 pp. I am pretty annoyed with Pigsback.

A huge thank you to all who post the comps and deals that make life so much fun!
  • oh dear, just catching up with the posts, I think lucyc55's idea of a FAQ page is a good idea, but surely that doesnt mean that we should be scared to ask a question, I dont think Droopsnout was critiscising I think he was just pointing out that it would help especially as Lucy is offering to devise and update the thread, which is very kind but if people are getting fed up with answering questions, then I agree, dont/stop doing so. There's always someone on this thread willing to help/answer. Mind you, it does seem frustrating if someone duplicates posts repeatedly especially if the post is only a page or so back, but hey, we're all human, pushed for time and in need of help/advice from other more experienced pb members,
Im very grateful to everyone on here for help/quiz answers etc., and I like to contribute when I can by answering questions or posting quiz answers.

I am not going to get my tesco points I don't think

I got this email off Pigsback
I have been informed that the reason for some members not receiving PiggyPoints for Tesco orders may be due to a delay on Tesco's side in validating some outstanding orders.

I am afraid we cannot credit the PiggyPoints for orders which are not validated by the partner, however, if you do not receive your PiggyPoints by the first week of May, please do not hesitate to contact me and I can look into this further for you. I will keep your confirmation emails on file.

And I know that I went through the pigsback link as I do my shopping at tesco.com every week but the link to it on my comp does not go to tesco's homepage it goes to the pigsback partner page .

    I am gutted .

this was the exact responce i got from my order with tesco i should of got over 500+pp so not happy either so unfair when you go to the trouble of logging into pb before you shop this order happened to be the more expensive of the orders they have acknowledge that i used them on 13th march but as yet have not credited the points as tesco didnt include my name so looks like i lost out twice i have to wait till may for my april order we shall see

Hi does anyone know about piggypoints from hqhair and whether PB are good at tracking them?

I just ordered a lip balm from them, and on the PB/HQ hair screen, it says that "You Must Begin Shopping On this Page in order to earn PB points. I used the page to select the brand I wanted, and then I clicked through to that. Does anyone know if this will track, and if so, how long will it take?? Only bought myself that as a little treat and thought I would earn some PB points at the same time???

PS Thanks so much to everyone who posts the answers to the questions, I haven't won any yet, but I live in hope!!!!

    Hi there!

I have done quite a lot of orders from HQ Hair as I love that site! You should be fine as that is the exact thing I do and have never ever had a problem with the points. They have always appeared the next day. hth X

    good luck.
iv never had any problems , but from what other people have wrote it could be a hard battle to get the points!

You're not worng! I had a reply stating that my Dad did not use the e mail link he was sent. That's not true because I was sitting right next to him when he clicked on it and registered. He had never even heard of Pigsback until I explained it to him and sent him a referral. How did he sign up if he didn't click on their link??

I've e mailed again and told them I'm not happy!!
