You inspired me to change my avatar, yours is cool, (sorry to be off topic folks) I loved Betty Boop when I was wee and the Marilyn pose.....well, she was a legend.........so, perfect avatar for me. I come on here to catch up and unwind, I reckoned that as Im feeling particularly stressed at work at the moment, Id get rid of the nurse avatar to forget that Im a nurse for a while.....which is a first for me as I love my job, but changes to policies, management, conditions of service and wage structure recently, im a bit sickened and have been failed by my management and errors made in my salary. Any other NHS pigsbackers out there feeling the same way? My new wage banding has been taken off of me!!!! SCANDAL

    Hi,

Not really and NHS pigsbacker, but I've done plenty of temp. work for the NHS in the past and I have so much respect for people that can hack it full time. I would never have the patience to deal with all the bureaucracy, endless policies on this, that and everything, and the restructuing that they're doing at the moment, at least in Gateshead. Not suprised you're mad about the wage banding. You have my sympathy.

Funnyyguy can be constructive when it suits him as well.
If Lucy's long list stops some questions being posted on here he will prob be up for it.
On the other hand he might rip it to bits  :D

I refered my bf about 10 days ago and i ordered a stress piggy from his account. Will i get 500 points? And i know its been said they get credited the next day, does that count for saturdays too?

My son ordered a stress piggy so I could get the referral points. He wasn't too happy about it as he's 15 and wanted a CDwow voucher instead but I was too impatient to get my points :rolleyes2 . Anyway I got the points the next day. The piggy took about two weeks to arrive though. It came this morning and DS is not impressed at all :rotfl:

Quick question ppl. I want to put a picture of a clickthrough into the post, but am not quite sure how to put a picture into the post. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Right bear with me, I'm not great that this!

Do the whole print screen thing when you have a CT.
Crop the pic so it just shows the CT
Realise that Lucy didn't need to know that bit
    Upload it to photobucket
then you have two options (and I don't know which works best) either
click the little mountain (insert image) at the top of the reply box it will do this: smiley-waving.gif

or put on one side of the image URL and on the other (but without the spaces after img) it will come out like this:

    smiley-waving.gif

ooh look they both work! Blimey I'm surprised! Here's a tip as well, underneath you photo photobucket it has the URLwith the IMG tags with it so you can just copy and paste that!

Managed it. Photobucket solved the problem, and there is now a nice clear picture of a clickthrough :) Thanks for the advice.
