ive had an email back from pigsback saying they can not trace any of my 5 tesco orders and as such cant give me the points. not a happy bunny!!! am now going to see where my littlewoods points have got to!! At least i kept the confirmation email from that one! must remember to clear my cookies in future and see if that helps!

I think it's great Lucy - wish it had been there when I started. And if there are a few duplications with the "First Post" that really doesn't matter because people are still asking the questions so the more times the answers are given, the more chance they have of seeing them.

Can I suggest an additional question to slot in somewhere, as it crops up here a lot? "Can I get the ebay points if I sign up with a different address from my Pigsback one?" or words to that effect.

Hi Lucy, you have done a really good job there! just for the record it wasn't your idea I was opposed to it was the attitude given off about 'annoying newbies' from another member which annoyed me (and obviously a few other members)

I am sure this will prove very helpful!

I don't know if this is a subject for it or not but does anyone know when the competitions end and when the person is chosen? also when the actual points are awarded? if this is a question you can answer maybe you could add that.

My friend who cashed in her points for a rehab bingo voucher, has not yet received that but received an email saying thank you for your donation to charity! She didn't do this and it shows in her piggybank a voucher for rehab bingo! What should she do?
