Just had this email from Pigsback re. Tescos:

"We have received an updated file from Tesco for the month of March, however they have not recorded any of your purchases as originating from Pigsback.com.
Could you please confirm you made these purchases via Pigsback.com, and if possible please forward me your confirmation e-mails and I can look into this for you?"

Unfortunately I only have 2 emails but I had forwarded them the details from past shops in "my account" on the Tesco's website. Will see what happens now.

IMO, regardless of whether we have an FAQ situated on the first page, it will make no difference to the same questions being repeated. I fear all it will do is change the wording of some of the replies. So instead of people saying "Try reading the first and second posts of the thread" then it'll be "Please read the FAQ's, you can find the link in the first post". People are just too lazy to look for what's right under their noses nowadays/

Normally this happens to me too but my Dad claimed his first reward on Wednesday and I'm still waiting for my referral points. I have e mailed Pigsback. I know he did it correctly as I was sitting next to him at his computer at the time.

iv never had any problems , but from what other people have wrote it could be a hard battle to get the points!

Hi does anyone know about piggypoints from hqhair and whether PB are good at tracking them?

I just ordered a lip balm from them, and on the PB/HQ hair screen, it says that "You Must Begin Shopping On this Page in order to earn PB points. I used the page to select the brand I wanted, and then I clicked through to that. Does anyone know if this will track, and if so, how long will it take?? Only bought myself that as a little treat and thought I would earn some PB points at the same time???

It should be OK , as a precaution keep your order confirmation email from HQ hair. I usually clear my cookies before making any purchases.
