I agree Angelcake, the sharing of information costs nothing (only people's time) and I for one am grateful to anyone who takes the time to read a question and answer it. I always try to reply if I know the answer or can share info!

  • For all those waiting for Tesco shopping points to be added , I Emailed PB yesterday as I had been waiting for my points to be added too and this morning I received an email from Eamon crediting my missing points .

Quite. That's my point, really, expressed in a different way. I'm saying it's a shame that experienced and entertaining posters have gone. You're not bothered!

There's no easy answer. We've discussed this all before, too. But Lucy has come up with the best answer so far, and has actually offered to do it, which must be a good thing.

How was that your point? I am not bothered about what? - and why should I ? There is a non freebie/non pigsback related forum in the arms....

.....sorry I don't understand what you are saying?! I just felt offended as I have too asked questions which are probably dotted around if I just 'Look' I am sure you did ask at one point!

Why is this not an easy option? it works?!

im waiting too but after contacting pb they agree i went through them on 13th march and will agree to credit account if i send them a screenshot of my account but say i never went through the offer page on the 23rd march wich i know i did as i write down dates/times for future reference it just so happens that the 23rd order was my largest order so far so dissapointed

how do i get a "screenshot"?
  • it's not very good is it - we know we clicked through correctly from pigsback, and now we have to 'prove' we did - wonder if tesco has been deluged by customers getting more pb points than they bargained for
