im waiting too but after contacting pb they agree i went through them on 13th march and will agree to credit account if i send them a screenshot of my account but say i never went through the offer page on the 23rd march wich i know i did as i write down dates/times for future reference it just so happens that the 23rd order was my largest order so far so dissapointed

how do i get a "screenshot"?

only way i know off ... go to the screen they want a "screenshot" of ,

press "Prt scr" or print screen , (above delete above the arrows on your keyboard)

go to paint/draw or other program , press ctrl and v , and it will paste in a copy off your screen. save that image , and send it to them.

No CT's for me this week and only 1 for OH : ( Points sign ups are a bit thin on the ground as well! At this rate it will be months before either of us gets another voucher...

Hi, it takes 1 day! - your friend has to cash the points in and be on PB for 10 days

My friend cashed her points in yesterday and the points are in today!!

Ive been a member for about 3 months now and this is the first week that I haven't had a CT. They've been getting fewer and fewer. Does this mean I can't expect anymore?

you will still get them...jus fewer than normal. also every1 has been noticing that they are drying up recently.

make sure that under "categories of intrest" in my account , ALL boxes are ticked. this gives you more chance of CT's

FWIW, I think Lucy's offer is a good idea, but I don't think it will solve the problem of people asking the same old questions over and over again. Because people will STILL not realise that they've been answered, 140 pages earlier, and ask them again, because they can't face reading 140 pages (or 70 if your display is set up differently to mine), not realising that they don't have to.

I sometimes answer questions, but usually someone else has beaten me to it. I certainly say to myself "Have you read post 1 and post 2? Doesn't sound like it to me ..." so it's probably just as well that other people get there first ...
