Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
You PPCs at the moment maybe conning many joe public who believe your uneforceable invoices are as real as a council or police parking fines  but the word is spreading FAST that you are just scammers and are to be ignored :money:as to industry guidelines you PPCs and BPA are hand in hand in love with each other makeing the rules between some of your inhouse cretins and sucking in megga cash of scammed people, there is a fine night end to PPCs and hopefully the BPA.lawabidingcitizen1 wrote: »It seems that the interests of this poster are in fact in costing the PPCs thousands rather than in giving you the correct advice. As evidenced by the fact that they now admit that ignoring the ticket can result in a court case.
Also, when the parking company in question has operated within industry guidlines, they win
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0 -
Lol, I just don't want to sound like I'm trying to escape paying my fine.0

What are you talking about? It is NOT a fine. IT IS A SCAM. A FAKE PCN.
Please take off those rose-coloured spectacles that seem to have viewed this rubbishy piece of paper from a private company to be a real PCN!
Please wise up and stop thinking this is just about the credit card details. You have NOT been fined, you owe nothing at all; DO NOT PAY, DO NOT WRITE TO THEM. This whole forum covers this subject, the PPC fake PCN scam, every single day so why not read a few other threads?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Now you have to get your head round this. Read some more of the threads on here and if you say "FINE" one more time me and Tonto are coming round to duff you up.
Hi Ho Silver Awayyyyyyyyyy0 -
Is there a chance, however slim, that Lawabidingcitizen works for a private parking company?0

Tomlinski, please do not take any notice whatever of the poster calling himself lawabiding citizen. He is NOT one of us, he owns a private parking company himself and is trying their normal tactics of worrying you into paying this firm of sharks something.
Do not write, do not contact them in any way, why should you want to give them your name when they cannot legally get it?
As I say, take advice from forum regulars. Notice the troll has made near on 50 posts but never been thanked.
That is because most people realise he is on the other side of the fence. Make sure you do.
Just ignore this FAKE ticket as nothing will ever happen. I have done it over 80 times, never paid a penny to any of them. I'm sure you can do it once....0 -

He more than works for one, he runs one. It is having a lean time at the moment, so he comes on here in the hope of scaring someone into paying one of his fake tickets. Tells everyone they will be taken to court, etc. Well yes, there is one chance in 10,000 of that happening, it is true. Anyone who isn't prepared to buck those odds is beyond any help we can give.0
