FFM you should be ok, dont think they let puddy tats on the ark though :(

Had 2 good sales today to 1 buyer, £20 after fees, my total for march only sits at 11 eek so no pro for me come april the 7th.

Teedy23, I wouldnt worry about the lost sale, sometimes things like that can only bring you more grief than its worth !

Thought I'd post this here as it came up on another thread.

Checking a buyers feedback on amazon isn't usually necessary, though if you do have a buyer who proves to be a problem or you are suspicious of them claiming non-delivery, it may be worth checking their feedback to see if other sellers may have had problems with them before.

some full instructions for this, including a few pictures are here -
    http://forums.prosperotechnologies.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=am-UKfulfill&msg=537.1

Most buyers do not have any feedback, though this is no indication of whether they have used marketplace before, or how often as none of the big sellers leaves feedback and only few of the smaller sellers bother to even when they receive it themselves. If you do have a problem with a buyer, it is always good practice to leave feedback for them to forewarn other sellers, though they are unlikely to check this until after something goes wrong. If a buyer has a few feedbacks along the line "understanding about post office losing order" "patient whilst problems were sorted" it may well be worth calling amazon and asking if they have a higher than normal refund rate and refusing to refund them on this basis, and amazon will take your side if there is indication that the buyer is trying it on.

It only takes about 3clicks to leave a buyer feedback, whether good, bad or equal and helps other sellers if they do have a problem with that buyer in future.

At this rate i will have to stop selling :( ive tried meddling with my prices, adding new stock, the only reason i can see for it is the 2/5 feedback from my evil buyer  even though ive had 3 feedback since all at 5/5
