Well it's not a bad day outside, I've managed to get the washing out, another load in, starting the 'finishing' of my new room today, need to clear the rest out, over what furniture won't fit anywhere else, clean every wall etc and start painting! Looking forward to having a nice room but not looking forward to the work involved. Like Essex-Girl my kitchens falling to bits but as it's a rented house all I can do is glue it back together so that is also on todays to do list. I must got get started on that bathroom cleaning soon before I do the other room or I'll never get done.
Hope everyone has a nice dayOne day I might be more organised...........

Hi everyone,
Not at w*r* today. I've been pushing myself all week, had to go to the doc's yesterday for antibiotics for my chest infection and decided that I'd be ill all weekend if I didn't stop and give them chance to work!
I will be trying to tidy the study today, OH leaves all his papers scattered around and it's bugging me while I sit here.
I must also fill in an application form for my bosses job, for which I was hired to train and have done when he's been off sick for several weeks and every holiday. Now they've decided they've got to advertise!!! I'm sure they have decided they want a man.0 -

Ive just had two wonderful surprises - ive been looking after my friends step children whilst they sort out a school for them (they start on Monday) and she has just sent me the most beautiful bunch of flowers to say thank you!!! They are next to me and are smelling lovely!!!
Also, my friend who has just emigrated to Oz has phoned me!!! She is tierd, but getting sorted, and both her and her daughter are well and happy. I miss them dreadfully, and really didnt want to say goodbye, but it is lovely to hear from her and to know they are doing well. I only opened the card she sent me yesterday (couldnt bring myself to before, i needed to be ready) and it had the most wondeful sentiments in it, about me being a good friend, how we must never forget each other and ALWAYS keep in touch.
I may not have many friends, but im truly blessed with the ones that i have got.0
