Lady Morticia seems quite difficult subjects. If you need any tips on doing exams pm me as I helped my daughter when she was doing GCSE's. I was going to write a book on How to pass Exams/Improve your Grades giving all these tips. I am about to start doing Blogs and that will be one of my topics. My DD was diagonised as being slightly dyslexic just before leaving Primary School. With my help and tips she got 5 GCSE's and surpassed people who were in Form A (she was in Form D). She was singled out for praise by the Headmaster on the night of the Prize Giving. So if I can give any help feel welcome to contact me. Good Luck with your studies.

    Thanks hun. :)

Luckily none of the courses I'm going to take have exams. :D

It's an OU course I'm doing. Can't wait to get this course over with and start my Creative Writing course in September. :D

Lady Morticia the Creative Writing one would appeal to me. Think it would be more fun. Lucky no exams to do for your present studies.

I want to be a Journalist (specifically a Technology Journalist) but I'm too ill to study at college so distance learning is better for me. :) I'm doing an Open Degree because then I can tailor the courses to suit me rather than having to do a set degree. :)

wingobins my brain is starting to go (too late in the night or too early in the morning) remembered - I'm no good at River dancing my style is more line dancing (now you know why my line broke lol) or reggae (giving my age away). I think the lady with the purple hair and striped outfit looks more like my dancing. Or then again I don't know if I could get my legs up that high.
Lady Morticia I did some studying at our local tech ( O Levels and A Levels and Business Studies). I did my Accountancy Course through Long Distance Learning as they didn't do Accountancy in the Tech then. Fair play to you tackling all your studies and coping with your illness. You deserve a medal.

wingobins enjoyed my chocolate. It took ages to eat as it was really cool and harder to bite. When my 2 DGD's arrive the first place they run to is the fridge, they love dairylea triangles so if there is any there they disappear. Then they look for ice cream or ice pops in the freezer. Later you hear a chair getting pulled and there up searching in the top cupboards for sweets, biscuits etc. I joke with my DD I would need a shop in my back garden. Could be worse if they couldn't eat.
Got a scare tonight, my eldest DGD had went on a school trip to Belfast, when she came home she ran in for a short while and then went out to play. My daughter phoned me after 8pm crying as she couldn't find her, she was out searching the area for her and couldn't see her. I tried to calm her down saying she probably was in one of her friends houses. The other night I had a message on my FB that a 3 year child had been approached by a man in his 50's who tried to pull the child into his car on the other side of town. Once we get a message like that we share it on our FB to warn other people. So with this on the back of our minds panic was starting to set in. Fortunately 10 minutes later my DD found her. I was about to phone the police and put a message on FB to see if anyone had seen her. The joys of motherhood.
