We're expecting up to 22 deg all week here Sheils. Was mild today. Got a funeral tomorrow so hope the rain stays away.
The two oldest kids have done nothing but fight since they came home from school! I will be putting them to bed early soon, I've already confiscated their games off them!

I have a funeral tomorrow too wingo, it's my Sister's M-I-L, not looking forward to it. It's one of my Niece's Birthdays tomorrow too, not a great way to celebrate, going to your Grandmother's funeral.

No wins here today, just a letter reminding me that the dog's injections are due

Managed to get up to the 27th done, so should be okay to get all of the ending 31st comps done in time.

Been a lovely day here today apart from the wind. Such strong gusts it blew our little plastic greenhouse right down the garden, thank goodness OH had moved most of the contents into the normal greenhouse.

Morning all,
Doesn't this weather cheer you up? Got my shorts on today as forecast is for 23 again. Don't think I'll manage much comping today as DH wants to take me to Ullswater for a cruise tomorrow :j so will need to get up to date with washing etc. Will keep popping in to enter Pepsi comp although I have given up on it really as this has been my unluckiest month since I started comping and last month the 2nd most unlucky.
Hope everyone has a great day and gets out in the sunshine - I have weeded half the front garden flower beds so will need to do the other half as it looks silly :rotfl:

Yes the weather being good definitely makes you feel more cheerful. Can't beat a bit of sunshine to make you smile. Our flat is a right little sun trap as well so it's great (well except it makes it like a greenhouse sometimes)

Hoping the postie will bring something nice today. He didn't visit at all yesterday which I thought was rather rude :rotfl:

Not looking forward to later - I am at the stage where i need a complete restock in the cupboards of all my basics. Don't want to think how much it will cost. My dad has kindly said he will pick me up from work as i can't carry all shopping back on bus when i need a full stock up.

Been at work all day, then school meetings, finally got home just before 5 & been soooooooo busy since!!!

Had a lovely day in the sun. Friend came for lunch and then we spent the afternoon in the garden with a glass or two of wine.

Just started doing some comps WOTV, Chat , Look etc and not being asked to do the usual 5 questions. Hope I have still been entered.

Hoping for more sun tomorrow.
