Not sure but hope not! They seem to be taking a while working on their sites though - wonder if that has something to do with it?

Anyway, I don't see what harm it is causing - sharing the answers I mean - in one way our site has probably introduced loads of new members to their site. Before I joined MSE I never even looked at their sites and now I visit daily when their sites are up and running of course! And I do buy Now, Look and what's on tv too!:j

if it did surely it would also have to extend to loquax/ukhotdeals etc as most comp sites have thier posters for the mags, i don't know the whole story as was going to check a couple of the mag answers & saw it, also had mail regarding it.

I suppose the magazine companies think while answers are being shared,and entered online,not as many copies are being sold.

hi, it's not the look, wotv dailies etc,
it's the main take a break, chat, that's life, that's involved

I would think it will apply to all sites that provide the answers.

But the mags that feature puzzles every week do rely on sales of the mag and if only 1 person is buying the mag and 800+ people are entering the answers from that 1 mag then they're losing money.

I'm not saying only 1 person buys the mag, I know several people buy them and confirm answers etc (for which I'm very grateful) but nowhere near the amount of people who enter via MSE
