Buyer has done chargeback 3 months after leaving positive feedback, what to do now?

Funnily enough I just had a chargeback pop up on Friday evening saying the buyer or their bank has disputed the payment. I sent the buyer in question a message explaining what had happened and asking if they could shed any light on it. It was the first the buyer had heard of it! Not sure what they said to Paypal but I had another message this morning saying the dispute had been settled in my favour and the funds had been released.
Just goes to show that the buyer isn't always responsible!0
