    The original garage personnel must have been incompetent. I don't see why you should have to pay for their incompetence.
  • I agree doubt Il hear from them maybe it should be me asking them for money as I was without my van for 3 wks and these guys are meant to be the experts as they kept telling me.

    I wouldn't be paying anything after that result, and I think they'd be hard pressed to prove they gave any sort of worthwhile chargeable service, despite sb's view on keeping the garage community in free summer holidays.
