this is what my mam used to do with my prize winning marrows.
peel and dice the flesh into small cubes and then simmer in orange juice/made up orange squash until tender,you can use whatever flavour juice or squash you want really.
try it its fab.0 -
my favourite is "lemon curd" - an old wartime recipe of marrow which doesnt use eggs - lovely!!!!0
