Update: Haven't seen the boots yet (all sent to sis) but she is thrilled with them!!

No Ugg Care Kits but I can't say I'm surprised (did separate orders for me, my sister and little niece). My first phone call with The Hut went badly, either cut off or hung up on. Ploughed on and a very nice customer service rep (who seemed very puzzled why I didn't get the Ugg kit(s)) said I'll get them sent out next week.

    All's well that ends well.

The direct number (via saynoto0870.com) is 01606334655.

I got a dispatch email last night too, and that includes the care kit.

I ordered the men's boots as my size (7, although I'm a 7.5 but I hope the men's boots are sized a little bigger) wasn't available in the other ones. I hope they don't look too different. :/

Can I ask how long they took to arrive and if they came via Royal Mail or courier?
Mine were dispatched yesterday but Im away from Saturday so if they dont turn up tomorrow or Saturday morning they will have to wait until I get back :(

My sister's reply didn't shed much light, sorry. Lily is 2 and was playing up in the background so she was a bit stressed. The guy didn't ask for a signature, and she said he "might" be Royal Mail as he was wearing a red jacket (RM workers always wear the red/blue garb).

I placed orders between 7pm-10pm Saturday night, if that helps. I'm sure yours will come before Saturday.

My boots came today, both separate orders and both with ugg kits! (I did order early before the promotion 'disappeared' though.)

I'm really pleased with them, they look nice quality for the price and the kits a bonus!

    Thanks OP:beer:

    I've been Money Tipped!
I just got the kit delivered to me - seems very odd to have the freebie without the item ordered ( I went for the slippers)

What courier delivered the order? And from dispatch how many working days did it take to get to you? Mine was despatched yesterday and i really need them for tomorrow?

Ooh I will need to phone up then I think. I have a box waiting for me at the sorting office so hoping that is the first order (which won't have the kit)

Mine arrived by Royal Mail today - although without the care kit, despite them promising it had been sent along with the boots!

I know it's a pain but it's worth chasing up for the Care Kit, which is worth around £15 on its own. Can't wait to try them! I walked my Primark Fuggs into the ground last winter, one of the best £5s I've ever spent.

Can see on the link that some of the remaining Jumbuck tall boots are £30 which is a little cheeky! (Edit: It's went back down to £25, maybe thehut's inventory changes like Amazon's!).
