I emailed The Hut earlier to enquire about dispatch time as I'm away next week. Just had a lovely message back from Sarah at Customer Services who tells me that my boots and care kit will go out within 24/48 hours
Fingers crossed they arrive before saturday!0 -
Thank you OP, I placed 2 separate orders on saturday to get 2 free care kits. I've just had 2 despatch emails which show the care kits only so I presume the boots will be sent separately. The dispatch emails show the care kits as free even though they show as full price in my account so looks like the offer is being honoured:D:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0

I'll be patient, my orders were around 8pm on Saturday, and I queried each one as I didn't get the Ugg care kit. More curious to see what these boots are like!0
