Mine were supposed to be dispatched on Monday, still waiting. Mailed them and quick response back to say sorry for the delay and they'll be going out in 24-48 hours. We'll see.

My first order is dispatched- the one without the kit as was playing up at that time- same as LouLou.
Other 2 orders with the kit are still processing/awaiting dispatch so we'll see....

I put three separate orders through, none showed the Ugg Care Kit promotion in the basket (maybe a site glitch, as they showed on the site a day later, very odd).

Got a new message: "Thanks for getting in touch regarding the free ugg care kit. I can confirm this is part of the promotion."

I think that means the Ugg kit will be posted out with my order. I don't want to bug them with lots of needless messages, so I'll wait till I get the parcels first.

I had reply that said my order that didn't have the kit added automatically, as has gone through the system cannot be altered so the kit cannot be sent so not getting it

I got another message contradicting the first one: "I am very sorry but ufortunately this is not part of that promotion. If an item is cancelled before it's despatched we do not charge for the item...." (Cancelled?! None of my orders are cancelled, they're all showing "Despatched")!

So I'm totally confused now! Beginning to wonder if they know their a*se from their elbow.
