Another NSD for me :T Took HM cakes to coffee morning and had scrambled eggs for lunch, then I finished off sorting the bank account stuff I'd given up on yesterday!
On Monday, I made a batch of mince with LOTS of veggies and some lentils to have spag bol, and kept half for today. Made the easiest lasagne ever. Used the meat mixture to layer with lasagne sheets, but the sauce was made from half a tub of almost OOD cream with an egg beaten into it, and some mature grated cheese - 2/3rds in the sauce and the rest on top. Very yummy2025 Fashion on the ration

Sorry, I didn't manage to catch up on all posts last night so I missed this. Praying all will be well...Have been making cous cous salad and pasta salad for our packed lunches as we were finding a roll and banana was not enough. Think that's where all the frozen corn and peas have gone!
How do you do your cous cous salad? I'm so bored of sandwiches!!Kitchenbunny wrote: »had to get bacon (£2) eggs (85p) & a tub of cooking marg as probably going to have to make a birthday cake for the weekend.

Hi everyone.
Have a good holiday helen jelly.
Any good news Fozzie? I really hope so.
£1.10 lighter today on soy milk as baby has had the squits for 3 weeks  and docs want to see if it's his milk. To be honest, it's a bit academic now, as I'm relieved to find out he's not 'ill' in any other way and is still gaining weight and happy in himself. So it's just become a laundry issue now! Tested our cloth nappy resolve to the maximum. :rotfl:MFW start date:22.6.13 - £138555 9.7.13 - £125937
