Ended up coming back from our weekend away early yesterday - too tired to keep up with the youngsters partying! - and called at Mr T on the way home. Didn't have anything available for dinner because we were supposed to be eating out. £19.22 spent on various bits-and-bobs, including a whole tray of soya milk for OH but its less than I would have spent on the meal out! And the soya milk should do OH all month now so I've got a better chance of planning the rest of the months shopping at Ald! and L!dl.0

angelatgraceland - Sorry to hear about your DH, sending love and best wishes.
Have spent around the £95 mark, which isn't good as we are only a few days in, but have bought some bits to do some baking for a jubilee party we are having at work on Tuesday for the residents i look after. But have fairly full cupboards and freezer so shouldn't be too much of a disaster.
Went out for lunch today paid for by the MIL, and i am so full won't be needing any tea this evening. Am definitely going to start meal planning, i have said before i am going to do it but never get around to it.
Enjoy the rest of the bank holiday weekend all.SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
Spent £11.33 In Mr A for food to take away for a weekend and gave my freind £10 contribution to the cost of stuff she had bought for us all. So 21.33 to add to my total.Grocery challenge July £250

I made it to the end of the thread! It has taken a while (I had ds birthday and nasty sickness bug). I am going to aim for £330 for June. I just have to stop OH buying bargains for the freezer. It is lovely that he is on board but there is NO ROOM!
I have spent about £20 so far. Plan for the month - do a new list of all the food I have already and use it up!
I hope everyone is having A great weekend xxGC Mar 11 £437.08Apr 11 £459.26 May 11 £485.52 June 11 £423.79July 11 £409.22 Aug 11 £250.10Sept 11 £396.14Oct 11 £382.37Nov 11 £372.55Dec 11 £332.29 Jan 12 £375.19:Feb 12 £349.58Mar 12 £279.66Apr 12 £249.12May 12 £337.66/Jun 12 £362.58/Jul 12 £317.03/Aug 12 £354.02/Sept £439.72/Oct 12 £210.160 -

Hi
Do we include all our spends, even if not groceries? Eg this morning I bought biscuits and crisps and loo roll but also some plates, medicine and craft paper in the same shop? What about cashback?
If its all then I have spent £84 but if its just groceries / cleaning / laundry stuff then £12. Got £50 in cash which should last as I have no parking costs this week, and no social life, lol
