PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. I have a story about ird/dhowns you would never believe, i am going to post it soon as i see ird are up to the same old scams, if enough people report these people to the trading standards in thier area, and contact thier senior housing officer they have a duty to act,we also need to contact companies house, watchdog, your local newspaper etc.. whether your a past tenant or on going, because by now you must want to leave, the contracts are unequal and not enforceable (sham contracts) so they cannot supercede the law. i have heard of someone an ex tenant who faced these thieves in court and because of downs arrogance lost alot of money to these people, does any one know who they are as i want to buy them a drink or ten.0
