  • Great wee night tonight. Met loads of people I haven't seen for years. Was great to get a catch up. Was expecting a disco as well but there was a guy singing and he was brilliant. No booze for me as I was designated driver but lots of fun and chat and only spent a £5 :D.

Heading to bed to get ready for tomorrow. Working with DS in morning and picking up my friends at 2pm and heading off to the big posh hoos for a boozy, foody night :D. Cant wait

  • Happy Mothers Day folks. I am happy/sad today. Came home to a lovely tidy house. A massive card from DD and she is taking us all out to dinner and DS bought me lovely flowers and a very nice card but I am missing my wee Mum hugely today and the tears are flowing.

Yesterday was awesome. And today was fab too. Have you ever sat in an outside jaccuzi in the snow? Well I have and it was quite an experience. Was brilliant until we realised our towels and robes had gotten soaked and we had to run from the jaccuzi to the house in the freezing cold snow . The house was absolutely stunning beyond belief. How the other half lives right enough. Every window had wooden shutters and the house is Grade A listed so all the original features are there and you can imagine years ago the jacobites landing from the Loch and fighting on the hills. The screen in the cinema room was so HUGE that I do not even have a wall in my house that would hold it :rotfl:. We actually didn't use that room as we were too busy putting the world to rights. Everything was perfect but we had to come home sharp due to Mothers Day. Would have been fab to go a long walk but the snow is quite heavy as well . It's March for goodness sakes.

Anyway am off out now to take some flowers to my Mum and go for dinner with my kiddies. I hope you are all having a lovely day xx

  • Back to work today and I am exhausted tonight, The unhealthy eating, the late nights and the lack of exercise are catching up with me. I need to get organised tomorrow and get back onto my diet as I have put weight on again this week .

Anyway. Am going to chill tonight. House is tidy. I've gone through my wardrobe and pulled out all the clothes that are too big and I will get them photographed and onto e-bay at the weekend. I am up at about 40 items for listing now so Sunday will be a busy day :D. DS wants to sell some stuff too as he wants a new gaming desk top computer and he also has a trip at Easter. The trip is free but he will need spends and I have warned him that he will need to save that himself. I'll give him £20 when he is going but anything else he needs to get it himself.

I also tried on the clothes in my next size down and lots of them fit me already :D.If that doesn't spur me on then I dunno what will. I am watching biggest loser for inspiration.

  • I'm watching it too :D Love the weigh in bit, wish I could drop 8lbs this week like they all have! I did manage to do that once though, it'd been a bank holiday weekend and I'd been out ALL weekend drinking and dancing in pubs :rotfl:.

Boo to being back to work Mit!!

I have finished my work now, into the murky depths of self employment .....wish we luck. Already scared for the end of March when I dont get my salary.

DD's hoody looked fab, are you friends again? Is she still creeping to get back into your good books?

Diets require too much organisation for me, ignoring the vast amount of alochol I drank at the weekend and hoping the dancing burned it all off ;)

    xx
  • Aww mit what a fabulous time you had.
