Well so much for my quiet night. Had to dash into my mum's and get doc as she has a wee urine infection going on again. Got antibiotics on the go and her night time carer and I got her into bed. Hopefully she will feel much better in the morning now that she has started the medication. Such a shame for her. She was telling me that she feels as if there is a band around her throat choking her. What an absolute nightmare for her. Such a shame.

Anyway. Still no spend :D. I was really tempted at dinner time to buy DD and I a take away but I resisted on 2 counts. 1) the cash and 2) the calories so am chuffed I managed to resist and dinner of sausage roll, oven chips and beans was actually yum yum yum.

Missed the voice  but will catch up later. So all in all things still going okayish xx

    Hello

Congrats on the NSD i know how rare they can be with kids! Also good will power on the take out after a nasty shock with your Mum.

I am quite inspired by reading about you going back to meal planning. I think after many years of trying to get debt free the basics can easily be forgotton.

KP I know and it was reading back to my first diary that reminded me of all the things I used to do and I am trying to go right back to basics. I just can't do the survey thing though as I find it mind numbingly boring and I have completed hundreds and hundreds of surveys. I've also scanned my shopping and it drove me crazy so am just going to be as frugal as I can but still have a bit of a life. I will do my utmost to try and stick to my snowball as that coincides with DS finishing 5th year at school. This means he can leave at that point if he wants and I will be debt free so losing the money I get for him will not matter or he can stay on and for once we may have some cash. It's a win,win either way. So that's the plan :rotfl:

Just chilling just now and catching up with the voice. Brilliant tonight and I am just loving Will.i.am. Going into my mum's soon as I don't think she is much better today than yesterday but I will see when I go in and decide if I need the doctor again or not. So sad and such a shame for her. She's just not getting a break at all from these infections and it is dragging her down. Wee soul . But we will head in and smile smile smile and make her a fabulous dinner that she will move about her plate and then say it was delicious and she'll love the chat and we#ll carry on as normal. So I am off for a shower and I'll be back later xx

Back to work today, oh joy :p. TBH it's okay. Was put on a job a few months ago which I thought I would hate but it's actually okay. I only have 2 staff who are both great and I do a specialist job. My mate who I car share does the job I used to do and he is so stressed I am really quite worried about him. I think I will need to speak to his boss about it as I don't think anyone is realising how bad he is. I'm glad to be out of it. I have targets that are quite hefty but no big deal so life is pretty okay work wise.

Money wise, payment out today for bank loan. Doing quite well in my pay off as much as you can challenge so I am happy about that. Another £132 and I will be at £3k paid off this year :)

Mum wise, she's not picking up much but doc due in again on Wednesday so we will see what she says then :(

Not much more to report. Chilling tonight and watching telly so that's good

oh nearly forgot I lost 7lbs this week so am well chuffed with that one. I just need to keep it up. That's me back at 1st 8lbs lost :). I will be thin, I will be thin
