Need a nan pushchair

Hi, we never needed a "nan pram", as my Mom used to look after my daughter(s) at my house. To be honest, she never used to take her out anyway!
The one time when she did take one of them out in our Graco pram, she got halfway down and when she got halfway down the road, it started to rain, she came back as she didn't know how to put the rain cover on! (I had already shown her how to do it).Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090 -

It might not be pretty but it's still safe. It's not like companies are allowed to sell baby death traps cunningly disguised as cheap pushchairs.0 -

In all honestly I would not want my baby in a £20 pram from tesco and if I found my mother or mil was doing so I would seriously consider finding alternative child care.
In contrast - some of us can't wait till the baby's big enough to ditch the huge complex travel systems and get into a stroller.
(They don't have blue and white Tesco Value stripes on you know)

I'm with you on this one! I've spent several hundreds on a bugaboo bee and maxi cosi package based on the exceptional reviews of them. If anyone put my baby in a cheap inferior item I without consulting me first I would be livid. I purchased the for a reason as I believe they are best for MY baby!MFW £190,450/£141,1400 -

I've never needed a secondary pushchair but am always amazed at the barely used ones at almost every charity shop.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

I only ask as my baby is the same age as your grandson and we also have a bugaboo.
I would be quite offended after paying all that money for my baby to be in a good comfortable pram, that their grandparent would put them in a much inferior one.
Whaat?! Do you sneer at other kids in their 'inferior' prams when you're out and about with your precious kid in its 'superior' pram. Jeez, you're teaching your child to be a right little snob, aren't you."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -

Jeez! Another one! What's the world coming to? No wonder kids grow up with such unrealistic senses of entitlement when they've got precious, snobby parents like this.
