I`ve stayed at TL all over the country and never had a problem.

Recently stayed at an Innkeeper`s Lodge that TL has taken over (52 in all) and found them to be excellent.

Roll on the next £10 sale.

Yep and if unhappy or have an issue, just escalate immediately and directly to the CEO via email and you will get the right and best result.

We recently made a booking for a Travelodge in London and they put the wrong post code on the confirmation so when we got to the address they stated, there was no hotel! And to make matters worse, there was no telephone number listed for the hotel!! :eek:The problem was that we were in Shepherds Bush as per the postcode on the printout, but the hotel was in Ealing. How long is Uxbridge Road for petes sake, and how many number 77's are there:mad::mad::mad:. We made a strong complaint when we arrived absolutely exhausted, and I have sent some feedback on their website, and just to make sure, I have the CEO's email address.

Then complain to Guy Parsons, Travelodge Chief Executive, via sending him an email to guy.parsons@travelodge.co.uk.

Good luck.

I've stayed in Travelodges in Cullompton, Ilminster, Edinburgh, Livingston, Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Oldham, Manchester and several in London and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience.
On the two occasions when the room was too skanky even for me, I asked nicely if I could be moved, and I was.

If it wasn't for Travelodges and their unbelievably low prices, I wouldn't have been able to go to half the concerts and other events I've been to in the past few years.
• Stayed at the one in Bristol several years ago, great no problem!

Booked for 3 nights at the one in Ringwood in March 2011; were offered a room with mould in the shower cubical, stained tiles in the sink area, dirt and mould on the shower curtain, corrosion and dirt on the toilet flush handle, thick dust on the pelmet above the sink and in the corners of the carpet in the bedroom, and a dirt stained radiator the flooring in the bathroom did not meet the walls; room was generally damp, dark and dingy.

Rejected it were offered a similarly disgusting room rejected that; went and stayed elsewhere.

So far offered eVoucher for 2/3rd the amount paid to stay at a Travelodge. They can stick it I am holding out for a full refund.

Disgusting places, I wouldn't kennel a dog there!

Attitude clear by their custmoer services system (email only, no head office address)?

Thanks, I did that this morning and had an instant reply promising to look into it immedately. They then rang me but I was out, and they're ringing back shortly. So things are moving along. More later.

Same here. This is the first complaint we have had.
