Does anyone know if and when Sainsburys do the 25% off uniform? I love their school uniform so getting it a bit cheaper is great!Spreading a little Christmas joy all year round :santa2:0

Don't know if they will be doing it before schools are back? They seem to do 25%off everything when it's a bank hol. It is possible they may do a 25% for the olympics? But I doubt it
Asda has 10% off school wear at the moNo more unnecessary toiletries Feb 2014 INS: 24 UU: 13. Mar 2014. INS: lost count, naughty step for me! UU: 80 -
Worthwhile checking sale section of your local store - old packaging uniforms reduced - got 3 polo shirts for girl for £1! Lots of polo shirts, trousers, socks etc in sale at half price and as some start at £2 it's great value. Polo shirts I got are pure cotton, scalloped edge and are ideal for Nursery!!:T0

Still no suggestions links yet for good but cheap school shoes?
Coated leather preferably , thought I had left it late but seems I am actually a bit too EARLY??? Will the prices come down later on I presume or do they not actually have their new stock in yet of school shoes for September ( or has everything like kids leather shoes and warm jackets just got more expensive now? ) :-(0 -

Thanks , I had a look on there already , but had another look and I know Clarks would be the best quality at the price for SURE but the cheapest school ones on there for boys with the code are around 17 quid delivered , which is great but I was looking for even cheaper but as good as possible??0 -
I might just stick with ASDA and wait for a discount code or sale on their uniform items as have a coat and shoes in basket but the 10% off uniform code won't work on them for some reason!

My son kills his school shoes with about three weeks of the year left to go. I bought a pair of Toughees from Amazon for about £13 and they were brilliant. I've also bought Geox school shoes from Javari for £14 and they are £44 in John Lewis. My kids love Geox anyway so were happy with school shoes the same brand as their weekend shoes. If you sign up to Amazon's clothing emails they send a 20% off code and often Javari have discount codes too. I wouldn't buy cheap shoes for school if they weren't good quality and expensive full price - just trying to save a few quid on essentials as you can't with uniform that has to come from the school shop.
I bought winter coats for school in the Boden sale. £25 isn't exactly the cheapest but the quality is fab and they look smart and stay warm. My oldest has to wear an official school coat but I'm relieved the other two can wear my choice.
That's my bargains so far - Boden coat and Geox shoes for £39. Now I'm waiting for Asda's three for a tenner twin packs of trousers and Sainsburys polos to go on offer.0 -
