I read they are safe to eat unless the tins have got any signs of rust or seepage on them.

thanks, no. none of the tins are opened i think they ended up in the fridge as i ran out of cupboard space, anyone else around have any ideas?

Had a lovely chilli the other night with a jar of Asda sauce 2010 was the date on it.. Both me and my son were fine (I didn't tell him though).
If it's a jar make sure the lid doesn't pop when you press it, if it does chuck it as the seal is broken.0 -
