It's all cooked and should be pretty germ free (thanks to the heat involved in the processes) so I can't see any reason why it would be a problem.
If it was unsafe to eat then the label would probably say something about ensuring it is heated thoroughly prior to eating it (like raw chicken product labels do).Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -
The food itself shouldn't be a problem if it's already cooked.
The bisphenol A (BPA) that Heinz uses in its baked beans and other canned goods is a much bigger health risk. Most food cans are lined with BPA.
