    Thats maybe new then. Last time I topped up the options were debit card by phone or bank transfer via your online banking and only with the primary card.

    Well my son is off with his card. He has cash but has went to the ATM in Rhodes and he is asking if his card is a Credit card or a Savings card as the ATM is asking this??

    It's a Debit Card.

    Yeah its a 'debit card' or a 'pre-paid debit card'. It can be known as different things in different countries such as a 'checking account' or a 'check card'.
    If there are no options other than savings account or credit card, then press credit card and see what happens. Or try another ATM.

    Better to choose Savings Account in that instance.

    I guess you meant to write "If there were no options other than Credit Card...."
