I'll probably go for ivory, because I have incredibly pale skin. However, if I like a white dress, I'll go for a white dress.
I know I have a relative that believes you should only wear a white dress if you are "pure", but I guess I kind of see myself as "pure", as I was to my OH when we first met. She probably doesn't see it that way though!
I personally think that idea is outdated and you should go for whatever colour and style makes you feel beautiful on your wedding day
