Give me a break. I can't see much help even call to a UK call centre. The problem is the customer service department which is not providing service they should provide. Don't mention to make a call, even write to them.0

Oh come on Cobra....that's not remotely racist! It's a well known fact that Leicester has a huge Indian population....as do a few places round my way come to that (North London).
And before you jump on me for my reply, I come from a minority group in this country that is constantly abused on TV and in the media......and I don't take the slightest offence - I just laugh and take the remarks in the context they are meant. Political correctness can be taken too far.
Call centres....I've moved banks because of them - nothing against Indians, but different cultures and lack of training ultimately mean problems. I think most UK companies are now moving back because they've realised the experiment isn't working.0
