So I've done my daily bank acc check. The child benefit has gone int the Cahoot account so all is ok there. Tax Credits is due tomorrow, I thought it was today but I was paid a day earlier in December. I really need for no more payments to leave my account as I'm at the limit on my OD. Had a family photo session on Saturday which cost £89. I paid that by chq. I'm hoping she doesn't cash it yet. I also had to use my bank card over the weekend for top up shopping, I'm hoping they take their time to come out. I know from experience that Ic3land sometime take four days for payments to be taken if you shop late on a weekend. Fingers crossed.

So now I'm only a few hundred pounds overdrawn, instead of a few thousand :rotfl:

OH had his phone stolen last night but thankfully the police caught the their red handed and retrieved the phone. It cost OH £75 to get his van window fixed but the thief is up in court this afternoon and the police have told OH they intend to get compensation. Lets see if that happens :cool:

DD's are all scheduled to come out of the bank on the first, with just a few others at random times. DD has a few parties to go to this weekend so I've got a few unscheduled payments to make and other than that I'm hoping for a lottery win to pay off the OD I wish!

February's loan payment has just gon out. So, according to the payments I still have left to make there's £1602.77 left. My earlier post was obviously incorrect. DD for CC comes out on the 7th.

Tenant has prewar need me that she may be moving out beginning of march...I have reminded her that I still need Feb's rent...then I'll have the task of checking over the house and finding a new tenant. I hope a new tenant can be found quickly otherwise I'll be up the creek without a paddle
