ouch mumtoone glad your mum is ok.

I'm off to dig out the christmas box and see what's lurking pressie wise and what I can recycle cause they weren't 'claimed' from last year (e.g. I didn't see the person between november and february) .

Got my neice some Thomas the Tank roller skates from home bargains for £6.99 . reserved the Thomas bike set from Halfords for £4.99 (ok so she won't need the bell but its a BARGAIN price for the knee/ elbow pads) and the Thomas complete season 12 DVD for £2.99. except my little boy saw the dvd and consequently now sat on the sofa eating popcorn watching it.

seen some amazing looking party food freezer packs in Iceland (I've only recently had one open near me. ) so can't wait to go there nearer the big day.
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:

Chicky thats the kind of thing that happens when I try and sneak things into the house whilst little people are still about. Pip currently has a very nice Fireman Sam duvet on his bed, shame its about 5 months earlier than planned!

Eeeek, Mum2one, that sounds awful and so painful! :( I hope she's doing better now and you're all feeling better!

On the DVD subject, just this afternoon I went through mine and made a list of them as I was about to update my amazon wishlist/look in the charity shops etc and didn't want to duplicate them.

Going to spend pretty much the entire of December watching at this rate I think :o I love watching them all year round and try and stock up as much as possible.

I'm a little obsessed with the TV specials too.

My personal recommendations are Nativity, Elf, Surviving Christmas, Love Actually, Fred Claus and The Santa Clause 1-3, though most are awesome :)

Holiday in Handcuffs was one that I found as a surprise last Christmas on BBC2 but it's not available over here - will have to record it off this time if it's on again!

The Simon Nye panto's are awesome - always repeated on ITV2 at Christmas. Flint Street Nativity is adorable too :)
