I have a book at home that I wrote (in an old school pad) when I was about 10 called 'Two Twin Girls at Christmas' - I drew a picture on every page and everything! I smile when I read it now, it is very Christmassy! Not quite what you guys are looking for i'm sure for your reading material! :p

You can put in a price you want to pay and it will email you when it reaches that price.

It's a handy tool to use.

  • I bought a Penguin 60 book years ago, its very thin and you can read it in an evening................. its called A Village Christmas by Miss Read, its lovely :T

It would be ideal to put in a Christmas Eve hamper for an adult.

I tend to run a bath and read this book whilst I have a soak and a lovely glass of baileys!

A book I love is "The e before xmas" by Matt Beaumont.

It's very very funny and is the story of an office planning and having their xmas party.

It's written entirely in emails and is ermmm quite direct with lots of swearing etc. So if want to read a combination of Bridget Jones diary mixed with "Shameless", then you will totally love this.

(Not xmas related - but there is also a book before it just called "e" and a book after it called "e squared"

Of course, my favourite xmas read of all is when the latest Boots xmas catalogue come out, lol.

Hi all - I've been away for some time, but hopefully back in track on getting Christmas organised. I ordered about £180 worth of jewellery items using the MSE 50% off code for John Greed designer jewellery for just over £40 this morning, which actually got me 2 necklaces, 2 bracelets and 7 pairs of earrings. Plenty of really nice pressies including a few spares for maybe birthdays. Looking at the thunder storms outside, winter is on the way and it won't be long before it starts to snow! Yay!!

Sounds like a good read, its gone on my ever growing list of Xmassy stuff for me! :T

Found Dynamo magician DVD in our local One Stop shop today for only £4.99, but money is really tight so I've just got to hope its still there after pay day! My son loves him.
