Sorry, didn't mean to make you feel bad
I'll scour all our local charity shops for you next week, just in case
Aww no hun you all didn't make me feel bad, it was me! Sorry if that came across the wrong way in my post, really do appreciate everyones help.
I was getting all psyched up lol but in fairness when it got to 30 I felt sick, the doll house itself only cost me £44 lol xx0 -
Is Xmas delivery slots available yet? I've been looking but can't find them
no, i am just getting mine in early for the freezer so that i dont have to worry about doing it or getting hubby to do it when we have a newborn baby - ive never done it this early before!Everything is always better after a cup of tea0 -
well, i woke to a cold & wet sunday morning, both dd's in real grumpy moods before we had even had breakfast, and the dog had decided to chew her paw & make it bleed! But, as dh had been on nights & needed to sleep, i wrapped dd's up and dragged them (moaning & whining) shopping. First shop we went into was argos and... they were playing christmas music!!! I couldnt believe how quickly all 3 of us changed, we were singing along, laughing, and we had a very enjoyable shopping trip thanks to argos (who must be subscribers to this thread!!!). Got a few little bits for stockings, hb have some great xmas sweets and treats in, and wilkos have beautiful decs in! going to make up my cups for hampers tonight which means i will probably use up all the cellophane i have left from last year, and i just cant seem to find any local to me!! might have to go hobbycraft, but its a 40 mile round trip so will have to save and make it worth while lol. It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.0

If it makes you feel any better I think 35 pounds for it is just slightly excessive :eek:Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
