The apostrophe on that sign's wrong, surely? Or am I grammatically challenged?
No you are not grammatically challenged. The apostrophe is in the wrong place.
I don't think it should be there at all. Surely you only use one if the Name ends in a S, in place of a second S.

So glad you agree with my Own My Own - I was doubting myself
I just bought two sets of solar powered outdoor fairy lights from Groupon. I had 6 pounds credit, then they sent me a fiver off any deal so together they were 1.99 (plus 3.99 delivery) :j and 5% TCB :money:Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I'm sure there are probably more on there that aren't gramatically incorrect, I just like the idea of one.0

I have just cut and dyed my hair. Isn't it amazing how something as simple as a quick trim can make you feel so much better about yourself.
I once again feel like a civilised member of the community.:rotfl:0 -
I didn't mean to make you feel bad, I just wanted to say there would be more around - I don't always have a lot of time to post so it may have sounded a little blunt! I love the second one you found, I haven't had chance to look for more yet but I imagine there are loads! I think it's a cute idea, a little family sign that comes out every year to hang in the house at heart of Christmas.0

Hello all.
Update on Christmas preps - bought the £1.57 keyring torch from amazon someone posted on here - can't remember who now but thanks muchly! A perfect little stocking filler.
Also just ordered a voucher for meal for 2 for a local restaurant from travel zoo as a pressie for DH - think I might book a table and make my own "voucher" to give to Hubby rather than give him voucher and have to make a reservation after Christmas when there could be less choice. Also it's kind of a pressie for both of us
Half day for me tomorrow so I'm hoping to wander into town Hubby-free and have a proper Christmas nosey around.
Tonight, he's off to the footy so I'm going to do the ironing and watch a Christmassy film to get me in the mood for tomorrow aft. :xmassmile
Oh, and DH bought me the body shop deal from this week's email - I ordered it on his behalf and used his debit card then sent him an email saying "look what you've just bought me" It seemed easier than sending him the links, blah blah!:rotfl:0 -

Hmmmm....I wonder if I could make something like this? Old piece of wood, painted up and stencilled... It'd make great keepsake pressies0 -
I love the shabby chic signs I might make my own verison if I buy anymore 'things' I think my husband and I might not make our first anniversary. In my defence though I did explain to him he knew what I was like about christmas befroe we go married in fact we had a christmas wedding because it is my FAVOURITE time of year!
Thank you getting there slowly I convince DH to go up Saturday as we need to go to costco anyway and I said I would treat him and DS to a posh lunch in the Ikea restaurant :-)0
