Does anyone know the name of this film?
I saw it once on a true movies type of channel and its about a woman who i think takes on her sisters children and then loses her house but finds a caravan or something and she has to have running water and electricity by a time on christmas eve and the whole community comes together to help her otherwise she doesn't get to keep the children.
It wasnt a particularly brilliant film, but i loved the sentiment behind it and would love to watch it again.
So if anyone knows could you tell meEverything is always better after a cup of tea0 -

Is it car based or purely 'car care'?
If the former, you could include a good driving CD, a travel mug, a book on classic cars [or the type of cars he likes], a nice car airfreshner [Yankee Candle do some really nice ones], a steering wheel cover. Perhaps a Top Gear DVD or book. You could include practical things like car oil, transmission fluid, anti-freeze and scraper too.0 -

Still on the look out for some bah humbug gift bags or sacks..
I bought 20 sheets of black and white striped paper today in The Works for £1.99 if that helps.
Was VERY MSE in there today. They had 3 books for £10 and I only wanted 1, so I shared with a complete stranger who wanted 2. £15 book cost me £3.50.
I also got these really large cookie moulds to make giant Oreos in.
(Note the pound coin)
Made a magazine tree today. I am going to make loads of them in all different sizes, put mini reindeer in between them, and make a paper forest.:D
EDIT -They have changed the layout of Photobucket. I really HATE IT when they do things like that. There was nothing wrong with the old layout.0 -
Congratulations Twinkle :j lovely news.
DH is now completely accepting of the plan for dim sum as one of our Christmas mealshe is getting into the spirit of Christmas too - I suspect him of being in seasonal cahoots with my mother, since the two of them are clearly plotting something. SO exciting, especially after our last couple of years (my 2008 Christmas gift arrived in early December 2009, my 2009 gifts were mid-June, I had a meltdown mid-December last year because I had orchestrated an international delivery of his main gift and he had had loads of orders cancelled but not read the cancellation emails so was left empty-handed and giftless, and then my gift last year arrived in March this after *I* ordered it). But he seems to be in the swing of things this year and I really appreciate his effort. He grew up without Christmas in his house and doesn't really understand why it is important to me, but he now at least understands that it is important and is trying to join in. It makes my heart grow a whole size.
