    Xmas Saver!
Woooooop found some mythical haribo in morrisons for £5 and some pks of santa haribo for 50p.

Matchmakers £1 a box In poundland.

Am I missing something with this Haribo tub of sweets.

Can't you just buy the mini bags 11 for £1 and make a tub ?

How many do you get for £5 ?

My 2 are too old for the small bags,so I am completely out of the loop on this one.

And I can't believe there is a Haribo Shop called Hariboland.

Saying that, we had a wail of a time in M&M World last year:rotfl:

    Congrats pips Mum......excellent news :)
  • Well despite feeling really icky, coldy symptoms but not officially cold yet, and have felt like this for pretty much 2 weeks. Anyway I've finally managed to get back to doing some knitting for a friends scarf for Christmas I think for it to be the length I want it will have to be not quite as wide as I'd planned not much to be done about that, caus I'm not a very fast knitter and I promised them a scarf last year for Christmas and didn't produce so this year I have no choice.

Also it is my supervisior of 4 years last day at work tomorrow so I've sorted her leaving present out just need to get the girls to sign the card in the morning.

I just want to eat a pizza hut meat feast pizza for dinner but I cannot justify it but I want it, might see if there is voucher on the main site I do have one on my phone for delivery for £9.99 but 1 pizza won't feed everyone in my house :o

you probably could yes, you get 24 'treat packs'

I wanted the tub cause then I can empty the packets, and top it up/ refill it throughout the year with large packs from poundland. + I just think it would look better on the table next to my tins of roses/ heros then a tupperwear box would.
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:

Sorry I havent posted yet but just popping on to let you all know that Baby Pea was a ........................drumroll.................. ....Baby Girl!

We have called her Zoe and she arrived at 12.10 lunchtime on the 9th Oct weighing 6lbs 15oz. Both doing fine, I have awful back ache as it took FOUR spinals to make me numb enough for CSection, apparently I have some weird thing going on in my spine!

Off now to buy some lovely pink things and plan what to get a little girl for Christmas!!

:bdaycake:happy birthday for Monday kez_z I can't think of a better way to spend it:) Funnily enough my birthday was in July and whilst eating our party buffet DGD2 pressed the Christmas app on my phone and it started to play "we wish you a merry Christmas " DD said turn that off but I loved it and got away with it cos it was my birthday:)

I've just eaten two (yes two) warmed mince pies with cream for supper at 11pm! Will I be up all night with indigestion- yes - were the worth it- definitely :)

Thank you! I've always loved having a birthday that was just within the Christmas shopping season as it means I can look at all the Christmas stuff & get some early as birthday presents, I'm Christmas nuts, not into new year at all though!

Managed to get a couple of packs of Christmas yankee tea lights & a some samplers for just under £12 in Clintons today with Dh's discount so I'm pleased these are part of my present from the kids & dh thought I was slightly bonkers wanting the Christmas ones but as ds pointed out "it's what Mum wants that matters"

Congratulations to Pips Mum - enjoy "pink" shopping!

On my own - wow on the crackers! How do you manage to resist? We tend to pull any that are left over!
    ~ What's for you, won't go past you! ~
  • pips mum - CONGRATULATIONS! Big hugs to youand your new little princess Zoe.
My dh is working away again next week, and as i get really bored in the evenings i was thinking i might make a start on some of my homemade gifts. Can anyone tell me is it too early to make up snowman soup (cone bags arrived today!). Will the ingredients still be fresh by december or is it too early? Also can anyone give me similar advice for candy boquets, i know the wrapped chocs etc will be fresh, but if i store them in garage once made up will they be ok? One last thing, im unsure as how to finish a candy boquet, do i wrap the whole lot in cellophane or leave "open". Help pleeeeeease, need to start getting creative! :rudolf:
