So many fans of Polar Express unless a lot of people say to the contrary then I think we'll go for this then! Thank you for the tip about the bells, I'm sure we've got some somewhere from a small Christmas stocking, mind you my dd might remember them so perhaps I'll have a look about, if it goes with the film then that will be even better especially as it's been left from Santa/Joe!

Deck the Halls is good and so are the Beethoven films (though I didn't know he now talked? Not seen that one) but will probably watch them during December whilst I'm wrapping, card writing etc., can't wait to watch Miracle on 34th Street & It's a Wonderful Life again, they are two of my favs along with Nativity!

Someone mentioned a while back about Cadburys Festive Friends, I've just seen they are a half price so £1 a box in Tesco but you might already know that but thought I'd mention it just incase!

  • here's the link for the Yankee Winter Wonderland tealights - the best price Ive found anywhere for these, I'm hoping mine will arrive today!

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=yankee+candle+winter+wonderland+tealights&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Ayankee+candle+winter+wonderland+tealights&ajr=0

Thanks snugglebunny! I have just purchased these! :D This is the first ever time i've bought Yankee candles and i'm very excited about it! :j From what you all have said they really do make the place smell lovely which is what i'm looking for, i've been so disappointed in the past when i've bought scented candles and they haven't really scented the place. Last year I bought a pack of Christmas berry tea lights from a supermarket, they smelled wonderful in the packet but when I lit them they didn't do a lot scent wise at all!

I also purchased The Three Day Rule whilst I was on Amazon, very much looking forward to reading that after some of your reviews. Plus I earned Nectar points! :T

I Love Muppets Christmas Carol - songs you can sing along with xx

Thank you for your replies about the Polar Express, I don't normally bother with reviews much but because it's for Christmas Eve and part of their hamper I don't want to get it wrong, the reviews are so mixed, some saying it's boring, depressing, glum, their kids ended up crying in fear, "Tom Hanks looks like he's been killed & embalmed" then I read all the wonderful, magical reviews and I just don't want to get it wrong after Nativity being such a massive hit in our house and perfect for Christmas Eve!

I' m with evetyone else. The polar express has to be a must see and absolutly perfect for xmas eve. :santa2:
