Thank you all so much for your lovely comments regarding my sons bullying. Its sorting it self out more or less and DS is all cheery and happy now. Its like having a different child. Could you believe it bullying child was 'star or the week',,,,more like 'pain in the a*se' of the week lol

Am so glad the bullying has been sorted. Last week my niece ( year 7 and at different school to dd) confided in her that she was being bullied by a Year 8 and didn't want to tell her Mum. She was worried my sister would go up the school and make things worse.
Dd told her not to worry. She got on BBM and told some friends from her football team. I would have loved to have been there when the bully was told by 5 year 11s bullying wasn't nice.
Needless to say it has since stopped .

I bought the Elf on the Shelf book recently and decided to make an elf for my grandson to take home (so that it can watch over him in his own home).

I made this for him this afternoon. I can't wait to give it to him.

Just been catching up -my waters broke this morning at 4am just waiting for contractions to get stronger-at least I know it's on it's way!!!

Thanks for all the well wishes and will update once bubba is home!!

    Thanks everyone x

    oooh how exciting good luck!!!

    MASSIVE THANK YOU

so sorry i've not managed to get online sooner than now but GUESS WHAT!!

Baby (Levan) and I are doing great! There is no pre eclampsia and for the 3rd and final time I'm not even bordering on Gestational Diabetes!! I also don't have pregnancy hypertension or anything else!
It was all a load of worry for nothing!

My SPD is still bad but I can deal with that.

I am so relieved and so happy but would very much like the medical professionals to leave me to enjoy the last few weeks of my pregnancy now.

I will have a couple of growth scans but although measuring 2 weeks ahead that has been consistent all the way through so where they originally kept telling me i'd probably be induced that may also not even happen now!

I had been so stressed and so worried and now I can relax and get back to focussing on Christmas as a family with my little boy and hubby :)

Thank you again for all your lovely comments :)
Everything is always better after a cup of tea

    Hi All,

Been lurking for ages, thought I'd say hi! So hi :D

Am superexcited about Christmas, started online Christmas shopping now too, yay (can't face a thronging high street). Planning to make a funky advent calendar and Christmas cards too.

Too early to put my tree up?...:p

Hope you are all well despite the gloom outside!

I had an Auntie who used to take down her tree in March and put it back up in August... So no, it's not too early by her standards! :D

I'm putting ours up on the first of December - It's our first Christmas without my Dad, and he hated the decorations, so wouldn't let us have a tree until the week before. So to start our own tradition, the tree will be going up on the first day of chocolate (advent calender)

How exciting is all this? The run-up to Christmas and all these babies on the way! Hugs to all you New Mamas and Mamas-to-be, you really do have the best Christmas present on the way, don't you? :)

Anyways Im back in xmas mode. I went into b&ms and got a gorgeous throw in a mink colour to go with the next fur tree etc for our woodland theme. £14 and its so comfy and masssssivvve! I had hid it in the wardrobe and woke up to find the pup had snook in the room and climbed in for a snooze!!! cheeky monkey!

Im currently kick my OH bum into gear as he is a last minute shopper. He works shifts so it gets left to me to get the gifts for his huge family. So Ive put my foot down and insisted he gets a wiggle on with his buying.

My mam and aunty are joining us this year for xmas so Im pretty excited. My mam was widowed at the age of 34 and has never remarried or indeed dated. I couldnt bare the thought of her being alone. My aunty has extremely bad OCD and rarely leaves the house but with my mams help we have managed to encourage her to spend christmas day with us. Ive got a great day planned and its going to be great seeing them so happy.

I'm so pleased for you that the situation has resolved itself and your DS is fine now, must be such a relief for you! those things are just so awful to deal with xx

:rotfl:at pup! my cats would do just that, they are both eyeing up the pr!mark throws and I know the Next faux fur cushion will be all theirs the moment I go out at Christmas! though it may keep the little monsters from trying to climb inside the Christmas tree, or in the case of the fat fluffy one, lying on top of the presents under it!

sounds like you have a lovely time planned with your aunt and mum!
