Hi - not posted here before as always been a lurker but just couldn't stop myself posting this offer I found last night whilst looking for candles for my Angel Chimes!

If you click the button on the web page to like them on facebook it gives you a discount code for a £5 discount off your order.

I did this and ordered 20 candles for £3-something with £2-20 postage and tried to see if the discount worked - it did so I got the candles delivered for just £1.98 - less than they would have cost anyway!!

I spent the last hour ish looking through the boots catalogue, inbetween chasing my toddler lol.. theres lots of lovely things i'd like nevemind to gift lol sigh...

dont know if its been mentioned but ive just been in poundworld and got snowman shaped marshmallows for my snowman soup. me and ds age 2 had to have a pack to try as well and they are very nice x

re the Tesco Choccy Satsumas, popped in as had to drop something off nearby and had a look, you are right they look great! they are hollow milk chocolate flavoured with 'Florida orange oil' apparantly! they are £2 a pack and would be lovely to add to hampers etc or in advent stockings - they look so cute! grabbed a pack while I was there, they also have the 'Swizzels' pale yellow tin for £4 there (were £10 when I went in for the Haribo on the £4 offer the other week) and also have Festive Friends for £1 which they also were in asda ...come on S'burys!! I want to use my Nectar points for them!

Just managed to order a sofa bed from the grabbit board. Needed it for when my son has his legs in plaster at the end of the year (no way am I struggling up and down stairs for six weeks plus). oh fab they are flavoured! will def get some of those! i got one of the swizzel tins the other week for my brother instead of collecting all the bits seperate lol.. never noticed any festive friends yet though! lol

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments regarding my sons bullying. Its sorting it self out more or less and DS is all cheery and happy now. Its like having a different child. Could you believe it bullying child was 'star or the week',,,,more like 'pain in the a*se' of the week lol

Anyways Im back in xmas mode. I went into b&ms and got a gorgeous throw in a mink colour to go with the next fur tree etc for our woodland theme. £14 and its so comfy and masssssivvve! I had hid it in the wardrobe and woke up to find the pup had snook in the room and climbed in for a snooze!!! cheeky monkey!

Im currently kick my OH bum into gear as he is a last minute shopper. He works shifts so it gets left to me to get the gifts for his huge family. So Ive put my foot down and insisted he gets a wiggle on with his buying.

My mam and aunty are joining us this year for xmas so Im pretty excited. My mam was widowed at the age of 34 and has never remarried or indeed dated. I couldnt bare the thought of her being alone. My aunty has extremely bad OCD and rarely leaves the house but with my mams help we have managed to encourage her to spend christmas day with us. Ive got a great day planned and its going to be great seeing them so happy.
