Damzel_In_Distress-My DS (age 7) loves teddies too! He didnt pay them any attention to them when he was little, in fact a lot were sold at car boots/given away then when he was 6 he all of a sudden started liking them! He has loads now and loves tucking them in etc lol.

will-be-debt-free-Poor you being 8 days overdue already. Heres hoping baby arrives soon. I went 7 days over with DS and my appointment to see the consultant wasnt until another 7 days after that so if I hadnt had him I would have been 14 days over before I even had an appointment about inducing! :eek:

Sainsburys had LOADS of christmas stuff out today. So now they have the gifts and food out, just waiting on the decs. Gifts arent 3 for 2 yet tho. Im waiting for them all to go 1/2 price. :rotfl: Seen loads of stuff I like! Asda have also put out their christmas food aisle and they have some fantastic stuff this year! They have a 3 for £10 on certain boxes of chocolates and tins of biscuits, some are £7 on their own so great bargain. Some things included were:
Lindt bear set (lovely set with a lindt bear and some little bells/reindeer, cant remember which lol.
Christmas tree shaped box of Ferrero rocher
Me to You box of chocs
Foxes biscuit tins (barrel shape and square)
Cadburys tins of biscuits
Green and blacks sets of mini choc bars
Liquer chocolates
All varieties of Lindt chocolates

Lots of other things in the deal too! They also had Haribo tubs for £5, big Dennis the menace cracker filled with sweets £1 (well worth it) tubes of sweets £1, candy canes £1, gorgeous santa and snowman shaped cardboard gift bags filled with biscuits £1 each, pom bear crisps but shaaped like snowmen! £1.50 (pigs in blanket flavour tho, not to everyones taste!) and a load of other stuff! I got candy canes, santa and snowman bags and one direction tube of sweets. They also have amazing Halloween stuff, loving Asda at the moment!

thanks SO much for the Asda tip! I was planning to go to get the fuzzy candy canes, so I nipped up there just while waiting for work - I got 2 tins of the Cadburys biscuits (the tin that looks like a carousel but with reindeer, cute!) one for us and one for neighbours kids, which was pretty much last pressie to get! also got the Thorntons liquers, all were £7 but 3 for £10, great deal! got the candy canes and the Cadburys choc coins -m they also have the Milky Bar reindeer for £1

i have a xmas magazine, i have a xmas magazine! oh and the boots xmas catalogue!

Shall sit down with a cup of hot choc in a bit and have a mooch over them lol
Went into primark to get a coat for dd3, had to get the smallest adults one i could find cause their kids only went up to age 9-10 :S anyway! they have got some lovely xmas jumpers in for kids and ladies.. didn't look at mens stuff. with penguins, santas and rudolph on.. oh and some skirts and cardigans with the reindeer design kind like on the throws.. tempted by the jumpers for us all this year and maybe even the skirt (if i can pluck up the courage, lost 3 stone this year and dropped 2 and half dress sizes but still feel a big fat blob lol)

Tescos was putting another aisle of xmas stuff out while i was in there so i could only grab a few bits of choc for the store cupboard, i did notice they had little nets full of choc satsumas (hope they are orange flavour!) like the choc coins so might get some of them when i can reach them lol for the stockings... oh and they have choc oranges on bogof

Thanks msgigglewick I always wanted a proper christmassy jumper,may be popping into primark tomorrow then, hoping I get some money for my birthday then I can buy one (is that a bit cheeky/ungrateful? Its just I know they will sell out well before Christmas)

I've never heard of these chocolate satsumas may have to get some to try.

they really are nice.. hoping there aren't many xmas made people in my town as they are all very bahhumbug lol so i can get one next week. they had a gap next to the ladies penguins ones so hoping they will be putting the santa ones i've seen there.. can't decide which i like better penguin with santa hat or a santa lol (was going to make my own, we'll see on that one! now i've seen them in the shops lol.
