Yeah I've seen the 6 issues one but I'm holding out so it includes the Xmas ones or for the 12 weeks one

Another lurker here, joined up as I figured it would be easier to subscribe and keep up with everyone.

I did start reading about 3 weeks ago as my OH just does not and refuses to even try to understand my love of Christmas!!

Hope you don't mind me joining in!! We've no kids ourselves, but lots of nieces and nephews to buy for :xmassmile (Been dying to try that!! lol)

Bought something for my OH in Debenhams, mentioned it was a present and she said that they had started doing their gift receipts so I had until the end of Jan to exchange if I bought the wrong size.

I'm happy to hear this, I wanted to get my mum a couple of tops but didn't want to get anything until the gift receipts came out just in case I needed to take them back!

Congratulations on your marriage - hope you had a lovely day! I'm getting married in March so similar to you i'm having to focus on that and not go too overboard at Christmas! Very hard to do...

Just came on to say hello as haven't been around for a week or so.

Unfortunately, my mother passed away last Saturday so I have lost the Christmas spirit a bit at the moment. Although she was ill in hospital, her decline was still unexpected.

When I feel a bit more up to it, I will go back and read what I've missed but in the meantime, hope you are all ok and getting organised.

Mom loved Christmas and was always ultra organised, so I owe it to her to get back to it after the funeral. I will also have lots more decorations as she told my oldest sister that she wanted me to have all her Christmas stuff (no idea where it will all go though)!
