Ok going to see if this works! Heres a pic of Mali, my gorgeous 4 week-tomorrow old!

ETA: Oh yaay it worked! Will now upload my xmas decs :)

My DD has this blanket and its still her favourite and she is 20 months old now :)

Did well on the present front yesterday.

Got the little lalaloopsy doll for DD2 and a hello kitty bracelet set for DD1

    Also got my ice scraper.

Then we went to bluewater and sadly Father Christmas was sold out :( both my girls were in their Xmas jumpers and everything. The lady working on the ticket stall was also wearing the red reindeer primark jumper and DD1 Holly said to her, my mummy has that jumper!
She must of taken some sympathy on us and gave us tickets!!!

We went in to see him but DD2 Sadie just screamed, but I have a nice picture of Holly.

Bought more presents. Trainers for SIL, happyland set for DD2. My mum gave me money for a coat so I bought one in hollister and will give it to her to wrap. Also got some more M&S baubles.

My mission this week is buy some fairy lights. Ours went last year so i need to get some pronto!

We have started the deep clean from Xmas decs going up this weekend! Sofas and furniture being pulled out ready to be hoovered and dusted under , cleaning out dogs old toys and blanets as they get some new ones around Xmas times. Fridge cuboards being scrubbed , old stuff thrown , washing , ironing being done and wardrobes being sorted.

I have given up smoking too today so its helping me not sit and break my diet or break my willpower for a dreadful ciggie. x

Ladies I need help! I've just been given my secret santa and have a week to get it. Cost is £5 and the pointers I have are that she likes caribbean food and pizza, like comedy films and reading and catching up with friends. It doesn't have to be a serious pressie either but I am completely stumped at the moment! Have most normal shops available (no HB tho) but only really have the weekend to shop.

Any ideas you smart people? :rudolf:

Can't see them very well against the blue background but the office already has Christmas stuff on every other available surface :xmastree:

Will go and take pics of my daughters room in a min, were quite minimalist with white and silvers however christmas threw up in Nia's room :D

    Looking forward to seeing this!

I did end up going shopping again yesterday and managed to cross a few more bits off the list. Will hopefully only need one more trip, next week some time.

Silly me went into Tiger to get something for my mum that she commented on the day before and I ended up with these...

...and a couple of other bits! Christmas tree shaped playing cards anyone? The paper trees behind were from Primark too.

I found keeping busy was the best way when I quit smoking, but don't over do it!

Hope everyone is keeping warm :rudolf:

Edit to add; Lazysheep Tesco had loads of films on offer for £3 or £5, might be worth a try if you can't think of anything else?

bossymoo-Lovely tree, your children did a great job! :) Love the elf at the top. :D

junior_j-You are so inspirational! I hope it stops being so sore soon. Take care of yourself. xxx

xxlouisexx56-How lovely of the lady to give you tickets!:)

Forgot to say that Tesco slots are available for the 23rd December! I booked a delivery for my mum the other day and forgot to mention it on here!
I dont think DS' school is having a christmas fete this year, bit disappointing! My little brother is having his tomorrow though so going to that, luckily I managed to get a free £10 redspottedhanky voucher so that will pay for the train for me and DS. :) Then going to see the reindeer parade on Saturday, so excited! Me and DS are going to wear our reindeer jumpers. :D And antlers. :D

  • LazySheep-What about Levi Roots Reggae reggae recipe book? Its around £5 from Amazon from 3rd party sellers. Or a mini move night hamper, you can get £2 dvds from amazon, maybe even cheaper fromn 3rd party sellers. (sometimes you're lucky and get 1p dvds plus £1.26 postage!) Add popcorn, sweets and drink in a gift bag? I suggest movie night hampers to everyone lol as I think they appeal to a wide range of people and I would love one! :D

junior_j-Good luck with giving up smoking, you can do it! :)

    Gorgeous wee thing!!

Quick question - Our tescos doesnt seem to have any traditional frozen turkeys in, Ive seen the one we want online, whats the bet I get a delivery this week only to find they dont have it and offer a refund? I would only be getting a delivery if I thought they have whats advertised in my online trolley. Otherwise would I be safer trying a different store?

Pics of the Dr Who fair for bunbuns DS. :) I am no photographer so they're not very good Im afraid and the ones of the people dressed up as The Doctors, Rose etc are very dark for some reason and taken from the balcony as I was too chicken to ask for an up close photo. :rotfl:Click on them if you want them bigger. :)
