Morning all!!
Feisty Fidget, your Gingerbread ornament is gorgeous! So pretty.
Sorry I've not been on for a few days or so, our net connection has been a little problematic. Not fun when you're up before the lark, and you've no net connection. Lots of thumb twiddling to be done. Mind you, I did my housework this morning, so at least some good came out of it, lol. House was all cleaned by 7.45am! :j
I'm about to embark on another phase of wrapping today, but am a little miffed that the lights I'd hung from the kitchen window are no longer working this morning, Shall have to take them down to see if I can find the rouge bulb!
Thought you might also like to see Christmas Cupcakes I've made, no doubt the first of many over the next few weeks! :rotfl:
They are BRILLIANT! My husband is very impressed too. :TCross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Morning. Think we are putting the tree up later. It all depends how I get on. It's my first Christmas fair tonight. I'm still painting lol. I have all the twine and ribbons to out on for hanging and to wrap my tea cul candles with cellophane. I will take a pic once it's all set up tonight. Just hope I sell some stuff after all my hard work.
Good Luck for tonight. Hope it goes really well and you sell all your goods.
I am busy making things this weekend. I just can't believe how long everything seems to be taking. I feel I am getting nowhere fast.
Making 50 of something takes so much longer than the one or two I am used to.:rotfl:chickywiggle wrote: »those cupcakes are FANTASTIC. must have taken you hours.

There is nothing shameful about your lego chocolates. They are made of chocolate and look like lego. What more can one ask for.:D
PS Congratulations MaggieMcQ, Been meaning to post this since yesterday.0 -

I have a lovely Christmassy day planned todaynow it is DECEMBER!!!!! :T just waiting for my sister to arrive and we are going to bake Christmas biscuits, watch Nativity and then go to the cinema to see Nativity 2. I also have let myself put Smooth Xmas on now it is December! I was very good at resisting
And although we can't get a tree until next week I am starting to get out little bits and pieces and will gradually decorate over the week
Yay!
Meant to add - those Lego chocolates look great I think!0 -
Happy December first!!!
have been snowed under with work the last couple of days so not caught up yet, have to take kids for haircuts in a sec then will catch up!
The First Gift of Christmas was opened this morninglittle note in the first advent box pointed to tree and they opened the Rudolph Monopoly, they were both really pleased with it and set it up straight away ... of course half way through the game the usual Monopoly arguments started but it was fun!
hope everyone is ok and enjoyed opening their advent calendar number 1 today! I had a toy train behind the picture one, the kids had chocolate crackers in their Thorntonsxxx

Happy Dec 1st everyone!
Just back from town, it was manic, kept losing the kids!
Got mum her pressie, got all my family cards, friends pressy, and then some Xmas Pudding and Santa bin bags in Poundland - at last!
None of the shops were playing xmas music, which I thought was a bit strange as normally its belting out from about October onwards, me and the girls sorted the problem by singing loudly - got some very strange looks.
Elf arrived this morning with advent calenders, DD2 was truely amazed but DD1 looked a bit non-plussed by it all.0 -
MY TREE IS UP!
I will post some pictures later, haven't done my outdoor ones yet, it's like a muddy bog out there & the ladder kept sinking! Haha.
