I think I qualify for this discount because I work for Severn Trent Water.
Does anyone know if the 30% discount applys to both parts of the contract, the "Airtime Plan" and the "Phone Plan" or just the Airtime Plan?
So for a HTC ONE on a 2 year 4G contract with unlimited calls and text and 8GB of Data, would I pay -
Example a)
Airtime plan £27 - 30% = £18.9
Phone plan £20 - 30% = £14
Total - £32.90 a month for 24 months.
or
Example b)
Airtime plan £27 - 30% = £18.9
Phone plan £20 - 30% = £10
Total - £38.90 a month for 24 months.
I am currently with Orange but will soon be due an upgrade and am considering my options!0 -
Just airtime so it's rubbish now saves you £5 which you can beat at other non O2 shops0

can anyone tell me is this discount only available on refresh products
I'm looking at taking out a deal on o2 through carphone warehouse
its just a standard deal - not on refresh
chap at o2 has already said that yo apply for the code and discount after taking out contract:j0 -
Yes, it is only for refresh plans - and as far as I am aware, you don't apply for it afterwards.0

I've been looking into these.. they're only marginally better than going through a firm like mobiles.co.uk for your O2 contracts
Rather unimpressed0 -
Revisiting this as the contract I referred to much earlier in the post is due to finish soon. The current offer is nowhere near as generous as the one I got back in 2012 where, coupled with my Quidco discount, I got a Galaxy Note for the equivalent of £14 per month. So this time around I'll be buying my new Galaxy Note 3 outright and going on a cheap monthly package such as the Three £6.90 one.0

I think a lot of this depends on what your employer agrees. I asked about this out of curiosity (I despise o2 but I am not so stupid to cut my nose off to spite my face in the future) and if I was to take out a brand new o2 Refresh contract I would get 30% off the line rental.0

But it's only the line rental part so
Say it's £38 all in £20 will be for the phone and £18 airtime this means you will get £6 discount so £32 all in
In my experience what O2 offer in store you can easily beat elsewhere
Or at least match it and more data etc0 -
This also works for KFC & Students0
